Warrington's Strongest Man & Woman
Warrington's Strongest Man & Woman competition, hosted by Titan Gym Warrington. The event includes five strength challenges: Max Deadlift, Overhead Medley, Sandbag Throw, Hercules Hold, and Sandbag Medley. The competition format is a head-to-head battle between men and women, with the men starting with Events 1 & 2, and the women starting with Events 3 & 4, before swapping. The event also includes trophies for the top three places and an event T-shirt. To enter, participants must send their category, T-shirt size, and payment reference to TITAN GYM WARRINGTON LTD.
