Ease into your evening with a grounding Yin-style yoga class by the water. This slow and soothing practice will help you release tension, relax deeply, and gently prepare your body and mind for the week ahead.

We’ll practice during the peaceful sunset hour, soaking in the calming sounds of the waves and the soft glow of evening light.
