This is 4 Friday nights of movement, music, sweat, soul, and a whole lotta joy. Each 90-minute session is heated just right and blends flow, chanting, laughter, learning, and surprises I’m saving just for you.
I built this for the people who are craving DEEP body connection. Who want to explore and vibrate. Who want to play with their practice, who want to literally feel their third eye light up. (You know what I mean).
Here’s what’s going down:
Week 1: Flow + Feel – A juicy visit to your hips and hamstrings (and a goodbye to the “rules”).
Week 2: Balance + Boundaries – Playful drills + nervous system awareness. Lift off, listen in.
Week 3: Invert + Explore – Turn it upside down (yes, we’re talking about something like handstands).
Week 4: Rest + Reclaim – A sweet slow flow + chanting + stillness. This one hits the heart.
Fridays: Sept 19 | Oct 17 | Nov 14 | Dec 12
$137 gets you access to all 4 sessions.
