Join us as we honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country with one of the most meaningful workouts in the CrossFit community — Murph.

Workout:

1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
(Wear a 20 lb vest/14 lb for females if you have one)
This Hero WOD is a tradition, and it's more than just a workout — it's a way to reflect, pay tribute, and push ourselves in remembrance of those who served.

🔹 Heats start at 8:00am & 9:00am — please arrive early to warm up and check in.
🔹 All fitness levels welcome — we’ll have options for scaling, partner versions, and modifications.
🔹 Feel free to bring friends, family, or anyone who wants to take part in this powerful experience.
