Youth Artist Opening with Keta Douglas

Join us Saturday August 9th from 2-3pm and meet this very talented youth artist, Keta Douglas. Arc{hive} generously donates the snack board and they will be open for additional snacks a drinks.

Keta Douglas is an artist and student at Barrington High School, though she has been creating 2D and 3D art since she was a little kid. In her AP 2D art class, she created a portfolio focussing on joy in art, with some of the works from that portfolio featured in this showcase. Using a variety of mediums, including but not limited to pencil, oil paint, acrylic paint, and crayola washable markers, she strives to incorporate happiness in all of her pieces, in and out of class.

If you can't make it, her work is on view Aug. 1st - 30th. Our gallery hours are Thursday and Friday 6-9, Saturday 3-9 and Sunday 3-6. One exception, we will be close August 16th.
