Our Italian Products Wholesale Club is back to business for the fall and we kick it off with our first Cooking Class this Saturday, at noon when we will be making the first fall risotto. This time we will do a Carnaroli rice risotto with pumpkin and and aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. A delicious and fragrant dish, perfect for fall!
