Art Gallery at WPL

On Wednesday, July 30, from 6 to 8 p.m., WPL will transform into an art gallery to celebrate the creativity of our youngest patrons.
As part of this summer’s Color Our World Reading Program, kids have been busy painting, drawing, and imagining, and now it’s time to showcase their work. This special event will highlight the artwork they’ve created over the past couple of months, and we’re giving them the full gallery opening experience.
Everyone is invited to dress to the nines (or however fancy they’d like to be). We’ll be handing out bow ties and tiaras to the kids to help them shine even brighter. There will be a kid-friendly charcuterie spread and sparkling grape juice served in (plastic, glittery) champagne flutes, because what’s an art opening without a little sparkle?
Bring your neighbors, friends, and family and help us fill the library with encouragement and applause.
