Attending the online live TNR seminar qualifies you for the TNR surgery package discount at All About Animals Rescue; $25 to have a feral cat fixed, vaccinated for rabies and eartipped for sterilization ID. TNR is for cats getting returned to their outdoor home. The normal fee is $40 for spay/neuter, $15 for rabies vaccine and eartipping is always free.
