I hope that you're beginning to feel the gentle shift of spring all around you—longer days, lighter air, and the promise of renewal. May this change of season support you with fresh energy and hope as we move toward the end of the year.
As we turn this seasonal corner, I wanted to share something that may resonate with where you’re at right now.

October 7th and 28th - 7PM (Tuesday's)
November 13th (Thursday) and 25th (Tuesday) - 7PM

All levels are welcome—whether you’re just beginning or deepening an existing practice.
Each session offers a gentle space to come home to yourself, reset your nervous system, and be in community with others on a similar path.
