Yin and Sound Immersion for Spring

This 2 hour experience will begin with a gentle Yin yoga sequence to open the body and move stagnant energy from the cooler months. Postures are held for several minutes to access the deeper layers of fascia, allowing your nervous system to reset and shift into a state of profound calm.

Following the practice, surrender to a live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies that align with spring's awakening and vibrancy. The healing vibrations will support your energetic reset and inner clarity.
