ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
As humans we are frequently facing some upset or upheaval. Losses both significant and trivial. Avoiding or fighting against the unpredictability of life rarely works out well. We can feel ungrounded, irritable, lost and lacking a compass.
Unforeseen, unwanted situations, offer both disappointment and the opportunity to respond in a spontaneous, artful way. As Gabrielle Roth states simply “Chaos is Art”.
We’ll move the aliveness of our fear with courage through unpredictability. Softening, slowing down and listening to the subtle messages as we dance with chaos into lyrical and stillness. Cultivating patience to allow new possibilities to arise.
Here we catalyse a more creative, courageous way of living, trusting in mystery, wonder and magic. We can let go of thinking we know what we need, and become receptive to what we are being given and draw on what already resides within us.
A collision of the world of your dreams and the world’s dreams for you. When you’re dancing that Wave, it’s an exciting wild ride that reforms and subsides, gently carrying you all the way to the shore of your soulful self.
