SPECIAL EVENT: Sunday Spring Fling

Pause. Breathe. Bloom.

Bloom into the vibrant energy of Spring with 90 minutes of Restorative Yoga at Lakelands Community Hall on Sunday 21 September.

This special class offers a deeply gentle and nourishing practice designed to support physical, mental, and emotional release. Suitable for all levels, the session will be slow-paced with longer, fully supported holds, inviting stillness and replenishing our often-depleted nervous system.
