Exhibition Closing and Stitch-In

As a celebration of Craft Week, NCEATA will be holding a 'stitch-in" for members and the community at Charlestown Library.

For this event, we will gather to share current stitching projects. This is a unique opportunity for the community to watch, ask questions, learn skills and share stories.

Bring along your own textile item—whether it’s unfinished, in need of repair, or simply waiting for a spark of inspiration.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned maker, this is a welcoming space to seek advice, share ideas, and connect with other textile lovers.

Come stitch, chat, and be inspired! This is a free event but bookings are essential.

Note: this will also be the last day of the NCEATA exhibition "Out of the Blue" and this will also be collection day for artworks in this exhibition.
