Coach Spots 60th Caves Beach Swim

We head in & out through the waves with 60 years of Spot's family & athletes from Lake Macquarie & old school crew from Bondi. Faster swimmers will swim further out & slower swimmers can cruise at the back - we will look after each other! Kids with parental support are welcome as are Rookies. 1km non-stop freestyle guide applies.

Our Back Up location is Spoon Rocks (1km south) which misses the bigger swells - we will let everyone know on the morning if location change. Our 8am Trail Run precedes this swim with on timetable link - https://lakemacpenguins.com/timetable
