August Bloom is the dynamic musical duo of Newcastle-based singer-songwriters Lili Crane and Nate James, blending heartfelt storytelling with captivating live performances. With Lili’s indie-folk roots and Nate’s seasoned experience in the covers and wedding scene, their sound is a fusion of raw emotion and polished musicianship.
Lili, a natural-born songwriter, has been crafting melodies and playing guitar since the age of nine. Her journey has taken her from the intimate venues of Australia’s east coast to the legendary studios of Nashville, where she honed her artistry alongside industry greats. Meanwhile, Nate—formerly performing under Lo Monaco—has spent over a decade bringing music to life, now channeling his passion into original works that showcase his soulful voice and multi-instrumental versatility.
