Kids & Adults Swim Run Swansea

400 metres runs & 300m - 400m swims. We repeat this 3 times & after a rest we do another 3 Run/ Swims! Total 60 minutes. Faster athletes having the choice of doing a 1km run/ 1km swim x 1 - 2 (60 - 90 minute option) on the 2nd bunch of Run/ Swims.
* Kids minimum standard White Squad or above! Any doubt of ability parent needs to swim with kid!
