Intro To Self Defense Course
The Robins Military & Family Readiness Center is hosting an action-packed Introduction to Self-Defense class on June 24, from 8 AM to 12 PM at the Combat Readiness School Supply Warehouse—open to all ID cardholders ages 18 and up! Get ready to punch, kick, and learn valuable skills like strikes, escapes, and scenario training. Spots are limited, so sign up now! Spectators are welcome too—come cheer on the participants and soak up the energy!
