Planes, Trains & Automobiles at Warminster Athenaeum

Trio Paradis (Jacquelyn Bevan - piano, Ruth O’Shea - violin & Linda Stocks - cello) play a Café Concert at the Athenaeum on the first Friday afternoon of each month at 3.00pm: informal music events in the community, with a pop-up café serving home-made cakes, where you can meet friends for a chat after the concert (c3.45 - 4.15pm)

August’s concert is for all the family and includes music about trains - Little Train of the Caipira, the Orient Express, Chattanooga Choo-Choo…, a helicopter, jet plane, bicycle - and several other modes of transport. Bring a bicycle bell or a shaker if you’d like to join in! Our violinist for this month’s concerts is Sara Stagg.

Concerts last c45mins and entrance (or rather, exit!) is by donation, with a retiring collection.
