We are joined by a professional speaker from Dorset Council Trading Standards, who will discuss how to prevent scams and frauds in the home, including online scams, nuisance telephone calls and doorstop traders.

They will share hints and tips of how to avoid them and any preventative action you can take and how to protect yourself from becoming a victim.
