Sam Brown has been described as “The Eric Clapton of the lute”! One of the top cordophonists of his generation, known for his imaginative and sensitive style.Sam has performed internationally as a solo and ensemble player, including at Vienna’s Konzerthaus and Wigmore Hall.

Sam will be accompanied by Tenor, Martin Thomson. Originally from Australia, Daniel is a London based tenor soloist, recitalist and chamber singer. Known for his expressive text-based performance and interpretations of Evangelist roles, Daniel’s focus is on historically informed performance of music from the 16th to 19th centuries. In 2018 he released his debut solo album Secret Fires of Love, which has been featured on BBC Radio 3.
