Mindful Movement

This Mindful Movement class offers a unique blend of yoga, dance, and somatic movement to provide a full-body workout that enhances cardio, strength, and mobility. By combining breath, sound, and movement, it builds physical strength and resilience whist calming the mind.

Free to attend. Tickets will be available to book from 25th May via ticketsource.
