This workshop will use feldenkrais inspired movements of exploration, mindful walking, sitting & standing but with more of a focus on the meditative side to enter into a fully embodied state of awareness.
Meet your core essence and operate from Vipassana (clear seeing) and Samadhi (total self-connectedness/blissful states). This is not a buddhist retreat but these concepts are universal and everyone can drop into EMBODIMENT.
To really release and receive what is in the highest good for the whole group a LIFE ALIGNMENT GROUP BALANCE will be done towards the end of the workshop to consolidate and integrate the movement meditation, the shifts and changes that will have taken place for everyone.
