Expressive and Mindful Art - River Valley Arts Center

Expressive and Mindful Art uses art-making as a means of self-reflection, expression and exploration; which can lead to increased self-esteem and personal empowerment. The art facilitator will guide clients in using art materials to explore their thoughts, feelings, emotions and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

Sessions will be held weekly on Sunday's starting October 5th thru November 9th. There will be NO SESSION ON OCTOBER 12th for the holiday weekend. Each session is $40. The art sessions will begin promptly at 3:00pm until 4:00pm.
