DCHS Historic Preservation & Awards Celebration

Join us on Sunday, June 1st at 3:00PM at the historic home of Dick Lahey in Wappingers Falls for an afternoon of festivities including an open house of Dick’s home, tours of his historic carriage collection and barn, and a ceremony honoring our 2025 DCHS awards recipients. Refreshments will be served by Simply Gourmet Catering.

Business of Historic Distinction: Legion Fireworks of Wappingers
Franklin D. Roosevelt Award: Aidan Chisamore
Eileen Mylod Hayden Award for Education: Don Fraser, Staatsburgh State Historic Site
