Community Grief Group

This is an intimate event with limited seating available, offering support for adults 18+ who are looking to process their grief with short meditative practices, journaling on topics related to loss, and group coaching through community sharing or active listening.

The event is hosted by Julia of Feather's Journey. She is a certified life coach specializing in grief and mindset. She works with adults seeking support to navigate life after sudden loss or transition. She also works with adults needing positive mindset shifts which aim to bridge the gap between life as it is lived now to a life reimagined.

Julia often says "There is no timeline for grief; it ebbs and flows throughout time and experiences. Support should be available for someone who needs it immediately or 25+ years into their journey."

The aim of this group is to bring together all individuals, without discrimination, who’ve experienced loss and want to receive connection and support in a safe group environment. Regardless of religious affiliation or spiritual background, race, sexual orientation, years since loss, ethnicity or gender identity, you are welcome in this group.
