Aerial Floating Meditation

Do you struggle meditating?

Come and float in the aerial swings while relaxing the body and clearing the mind.
You will be led through some light stretching, and then will be lying down in the swing, totally weightless and suspended.
This will help to relax the body and calm mind so that you can get the most out of your guided meditation.
