Whitsun Cakes & Ale Festival! Parish Ale, Ceilidh, and much more...

Wantage Parish is reviving the tradition of the Whitsun Ale! In partnership with the Royal Oak, the Parish Church will be hosting folk music and a chance to taste "DiscipAle", a new beer specially brewed for us by Indigenous Brewery of Chaddleworth.
12 noon: free lunchtime talk on brewing history from Dr Hannah Caroe, with lunch and beer available.
7pm: Ceilidh with folk band Melobo and sword dancers Mabel Gubbins. £8 includes first half pint plus cake (£6 under-18s with soft drink)
