Reflections on Conducting — a talk by Hilary Davan Wetton at Eastmanton House, Sparsholt

Join White Horse Festival Artistic Director Hilary Davan Wetton, one of the country’s most versatile and dynamic conductors, for a conversation about his wide-ranging and illustrious career and an insight into the art of music-making. 'Reflections on Conducting' is for anyone with an interest in the English choral and orchestral music scenes, both amateur and professional, as well as conducting students.

In an engaging and approachable style, Hilary will speak about conducting technique, rehearsing, touring, recording and working with living composers. Illustrated with recordings and intriguing and humorous anecdotes, this talk is a must for all who would like to know more of the Conductor's art.
