Green Gym

Would you like to keep fit and help protect and enhance our local green spaces? If so why not join the Wild Wantage ‘Green Gym’, where you can help with practical outdoor tasks to improve habitats for local biodiversity.

From gardening to tree planting, hedge care to scything, our regular volunteer work parties help your physical and mental well-being and our local environment.

This month we'll be scything and raking at Top Lock Meadow; there will be plenty to for non-scythers too so do come along and join us in this lovely wildlife spot.
