This is something I have been working on for some time now and am very happy to be able to bring it to you.
It will be delivered in small groups, and if a success will be something I shall be offering on a regular basis.
It can also be taken into any size business or presented to single sex groups.
By the end of the session, participants will:
Understand what anxiety is and why it happens.
Learn practical strategies to reduce anxiety in daily life.
Develop a personal “Happiness Toolkit” of small, realistic changes.
Leave feeling more hopeful, supported, and in control.
