Feeling heavy, sluggish, or slow to shake off the winter’s mood?
According to Ayurveda, spring is the season when the accumulated heaviness of winter—known as kapha—can weigh us down. We might feel foggy, bloated, uninspired, or emotionally stuck. But with simple seasonal practices, we can awaken gently, support the body's natural cleansing, and move into the new cycle with clarity and lightness.
In this spring workshop, you’ll be held by Radha in a warm and heart-centred space to:
~ Sip a light, warming herbal blend to awaken digestion
~ Learn Ayurvedic tools to support seasonal renewal - by adjusting your diet and lifestyle for balance during the spring months + simple at-home ways to support the body’s natural detox process using food, herbs, and routine
~ Move through a 60min spring-aligned yoga practice - slow, grounding flow designed to awaken prana, release kapha heaviness, and connect with the earth's upward energy
This is an invitation to honour the turning of the season—to clear out the old, tend to your inner soil, and plant new intentions for the cycle ahead.
