Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

Join us for a luxurious Restorative yoga session combined with a magical sound bath, provided by Lauren Hokulani - Myotherapist extraordinare. Experience soft candlelight, frankincense, and Sao Paulo wafting in the air, and the sweet sound of crystal bowls while in a state of deep and unconditional rest. A special time out just for you. Next Friday, 2nd May @ 5:30 pm. Cost: $25 ($20 for current WYC members). Level 3, 76 Guyton st. Booking is essential, please call 0226221711.
