Join me in a deeply nourishing afternoon practice weaving together the medicine of community, cacao, heart-based yoga, silence and sound.
We begin with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a revered plant medicine known to gently awaken the heart, uplift the spirit, and invite clarity. The cacao shared is pure, ethically sourced ceremonial-grade from Guatemala, served by a practitioner with over 12 years experience.
The yoga practice blends breath, awareness, gentle movement and longer-held supported shapes to open subtle energy pathways and guide us into deeper stillness. It is is accessible to all levels.
The experience closes with a long, spacious shavasana, bathed in the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, allowing the body and mind to fully receive and integrate.
This is a space to come home to yourself, to remember the sweetness that lives within, and to rest in presence with others on the path. Come just as you are, no experience needed, only an open heart.

Radha has been working with the medicine of Cacao for over a decade. She encountered the use of plants in ceremonial context while living in Cacao's native lands of Central America. It was love at first sight and her relationship with the spirit of cacao grew as she learned how to prepare the drink from the tree to the cup. After participating in various ceremonies facilitated by shamans, healers and friends in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru, Radha started facilitating ceremonies herself in 2014 in Europe. An experienced space holder, a yoga teacher and a retreat facilitator, she loves sharing her passion for community, authenticity and self-knowledge in combination with the cacao spirit.
Radha serves the highest grade unprocessed ceremonial cacao from the magical lake Atitlan in Guatemala (Central America), by "chocolate shaman" Keith Wilson.
