Join us for a lunchtime revive, build strength, lengthen the spine and draw your attention to your bodily container, the skin, your organic organ, full of receptors and senses. Soothe the nervous system and ease some shoulder pain as you relax at the end of the session.

What do you want to learn or discover about the practice of connecting with more awareness and intention??

Just turn up.
All equipment provided. Welcome to bring own mat.

If I am away for any reason, I will post on facebook and/or send private messages to regular students.
