In Her Flow- Dark Moon Women’s Retreat (23rd & 24th Aug)

On the August dark moon, we cross the threshold and honour the Divine Goddess in a deeply immersive 2-day retreat nestled in the heart of Epping Forest. This sacred gathering is a space for women to reconnect with nature, creativity, and the wisdom of the feminine.

What to Expect:

🌿 Nature & Rituals – Journey through the ancient forest, collecting sacred items to create your personal journey stick.

🔥 Sacred Fire & Storytelling – Gather around the fire to share stories and roast s’mores under the night sky.

🎨 Creativity & Art – Express yourself through artistic practices that celebrate the divine feminine.

🌀 Therapeutic Exploration – Experience a wilderness therapy workshop with a specialist.

💫 Sound Bath and Cacao – Enjoy a sip of Cacao and a sound bath with reiki energy healing to deepen your connection.

💃Movement - Feel alive with explorative free flowing movement to wake you up

🍽️ Nourishing Meals – Indulge in a delicious Cypriot BBQ and buffet meals.

🛖 Comfortable Stay – Sleep in heated huts, each equipped with mats (bring your own bedding).

🧘‍♀️ Meditation & Esoteric Teachings – Explore the mysteries of the Divine Goddess through meditative practices.

You will also have quiet time for reflection, personal walks, and the chance to simply unwind in your pod or explore the surrounding beauty of the forest.

Amenities

*There is a 24 hours access to the showers and toilets inside the Lodge building which we will be using. These are a short walk from the huts.

*Each hut will be provided with cushioned Mats for you to lay your bedding on. Please note that you will need to bring your own bedding. If this may be an issue, please get in touch. Considering that it will be summer, I assume you wont need anything too heavy.

*There is a car park should you choose to not stay and drive instead (Please get in touch for more info)

*Charging points will be in the lodge and not in the huts

*There is access to water from the lodge

Going to and from The Hive

We will start the day on the 23rd by meeting by Chingford Station at 9.30am

All baggage will be taken to The Hive by organisation transportation.

We will make our way to The Hive, by walking through the forest. (for anyone with mobility issues, we will arrange transportation)

We will make our way back to Chingford station on the 24th to arrive by 4.30pm
