Reiki Circle: Relax, Restore, Connect
Join Reiki Master Heather R. Hernandez for a relaxing and restorative Reiki Circle, part of the Huerfano Arts and Leadership Connection (HALC) program at the Museum of Friends.
This session is, designed to support emotional well-being, promote relaxation, and build meaningful community connections. These Circles are held regularly during the last week of every month.
What to Expect:
~Grounding, sound healing, visulaization exercises along with self reiki guiding session.
~We'll create a collaborative Healing Mandala, or silimilar type of healing art piece at every monthly session, to channel Reiki energy for collective healing and intention.
~A welcoming space to recharge, unwind, and connect.
Open to all experience levels and other Reiki practitioners, this workshop invites you to explore the restorative power of Reiki in a nurturing community setting.
