Resilient Communities Surgeries for Grassroots Organisations

The VCS South Locality Lead is pleased to offer support to local community and grassroots organisations seeking advice, guidance, or wider organisational support. Working alongside local groups is a core part of our role, and we are committed to helping organisations develop, grow, and respond to the needs of their communities.

We deliver fortnightly Resilient Communities Surgeries every second Wednesday, held at Lichfield Street Hub (1st floor) from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

These drop-in sessions provide practical, tailored support on a range of topics, including funding opportunities, training and capacity building, social media and communications, governance, and community development.

For organisations unable to attend on Wednesdays, flexible appointments are available to accommodate different schedules. You are welcome to book a session in advance or attend on the day for an informal discussion.
