Join us for an evening filled with music, food, flavour, and community spirit!
As part of the Creative Cafes programme, The Table has been organising ‘Local Folk Night’. A new music event at The Table that explores Walsall’s local folk and world musicians, an opportunity to celebrate and explore culture within the café.
To kick-off the beginning of this event, our first night will surround Punjabi culture!
Since the 1930s, people of Punjabi Culture have been part of the Black Country, Walsall and its growth; enriching the UK and shaping its identity. We want to celebrate how Punjabi Culture has shaped Walsall’s identity today.
It’s a night for connection and being inspired by the diversity that brings us together.
Hosted as part of The Tables Creative Cafes Project, this event continues a series of community-based creative events running from November 2025 to March 2026, in partnership with the Fringe MakerFest. The aim with this programme is to create opportunities for local artists, musicians, and makers to share their skills, showcase their work and connect with new audiences in a welcoming, intergenerational environment.
The Table is located on Lower Hall Lane, you can take a 10-minute walk from Walsall Station or Bus Station. Free parking available at the Council Car park from 6:30pm onwards. Please Contact @TheTableWalsall on Instagram to discuss any questions and accessibility needs that can be accommodated.
