Drefach-Felindre

An 8 mile moderate ramble starting from the National Wool Museum in the heart of the 19thC Welsh woollen industry, known at the height of production as the 'Huddersfield of Wales'. Bring a packed lunch, suitable footwear and clothing for the predicted weather conditions. Expect the footpaths will be wet and muddy in places and there will be some stiles to negotiate along the route. Including rest stops and lunch break, the walk will take about 5 hours to complete finishing with a welcome hot drink the museum cafe / giftshop.
