Tomorrow is the last Saturday of the month, so it's 5KYW at Walsall Arboretum parkrun.
We are a free cancer support group with a difference for those living with and beyond cancer their family and friends.
What happens on the day?
💙We meet up at Walsall Arboretum parkrun at the steps to the visitor centre at 8:45am. Look for the blue flag.
💙Walk or run all or part of the 5K, it's 5K your way.
💙Not ready to take part in the 5K, cheer everyone on.
💙Ambassadors available to walk or run the parkrun course with you.
💙Chat over coffee afterwards in the visitor centre cafe afterwards.
Not sure on the day look out for our blue tops, we are a friendly bunch. Always happy to help.
Nervous about coming, bring a friend, a family member or message our page to arrange for an ambassador to meet you at the start and go around the course with you.
