The Connection Practice

Whether you are new to the Connection Practice or already familiar with it, this experiential workshop will guide you through a simple yet profound process designed to support a meaningful shift around something currently troubling you. Participants often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more at peace—both within themselves and in their relationships.

The Connection Practice is a science-based, intuitive skill that is easy to learn using Connection Practice Boards. It has been taught to over 100,000 individuals worldwide and is designed to be integrated into everyday life.

About Rita Marie Johnson:

Rita Marie Johnson's creation of the Connection Practice earned her the Ashoka Changemakers Innovation Award (chosen from 79 projects in 32 countries). Unity's Light of God Expressing Award, a Nautilus Award in the Psychology category of Better Books for a Better World and named One of the 10 Most Promising Women in the Wellness and Healthcare Industry in 2024 by Global Healthcare magazine. Rita Marie taught the Connection Practice for credit at the United Nations University for Peace, a graduate school for international leaders, has certified professionals as CP Coaches at Stanford, Harvard and Minerva Universities and has certified over 300 Coaches around the world. She initiated a bill in Costa Rica’s Legislative Assembly to establish a Ministry for Peace, which passed in 2009, and serves as a model for other countries to replicate.
