Sound Bath

This class is designed to help you release and rejuvenate your mind. Make sure you bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything comfy to encourage relaxation during the session.

During the hour, you will experience the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, which will help to bring your body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. The acoustics of the Great Room provide for a more immersive experience, allowing you to fully lose yourself in the healing sound waves.

Bay Area Sound Bath's music therapy is a non-invasive method of healing that uses sound frequencies to help restore balance and harmony to the body and mind. The vibrations created by the singing bowls can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and promote a sense of well-being.

Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, Meditative Sound Bath class is suitable for all levels. We invite you to join us for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation, as you allow the healing power of sound to wash over you and bring you into a state of inner peace.
