Chilled floor based evening Yoga sessions for Every BODY to offer a nurturing & healing form of Yoga that is gentle and at your own pace.

These sessions combine stretching, muscle relaxation & breath work to calm your mind & body so you leave feeling relaxed restored & ready for the week ahead.

A soothing extended Savasana (relaxation) is included for the ultimate R&R experience ♥️

No experience of yoga is necessary

This session is suitable for ALL.

Beginners are very welcome.
