Surrender to invisible waves of gentle sound from Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments as you rest like a tiny fairy surrounded by the bright and enchanting floral world of the Bloom Room art installation at The Sparkle Barn.
Choreographed to encourage stress, tension, and anxiety reduction, Resonate Sound Healing's Sound Bath Meditations are deeply relaxing, and recommended as complimentary support for every-body, but especially those who experience stress, anxiety, general overwhelm, frequent headaches, sleeplessness, digestion issues, chronic pain, or depressed immunity.
***Ages 15 and over event. Event begins promptly at the stated time, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, pillow for under your knees and head, and a blanket for comfort. Space is limited, register ahead to avoid disappointment.
Meet Resonate Sound Healing: Jenny Stafford has studied, practiced, and taught multiple healing modalities for the last 25+ years, including traditional Tibetan, Ayurvedic, and Japanese energy medicine techniques, holistic esthetics, body work, and sound healing.
A Certified Sound and Vibrational Therapy Practitioner, Master Gong Practitioner, Advanced Biofield Tuning® Practitioner, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master, her primary practices focus on integrating Sound Healing techniques with healing mantras, breathwork, meditation, and eclectic energy medicine practices.
Jenny has recently returned to Manchester VT after 20+ years away, and is passionate about sharing sound healing with her SW VT community, where she is currently under construction rebuilding her thriving sound studio, formerly located in St. Petersburg FL.
