- Chef Nicholas Imbriglio of Passionately Pasta, who will guide you through making beautiful homemade pasta by hand—no machines needed.
- Pre-made pasta dough sourced from local grains that Chef Nick mills personally, ensuring top quality.
- Demonstrations of various pasta shapes and techniques, with individualized tips and instruction as you work.
- 1lb of pasta dough to create and take home, ready to cook with family and friends.
- One glass of Paradise Hills wine (Casa or Washington Trail Collection) to enjoy throughout the night.
- To enhance your evening, consider adding a charcuterie board from Viñas Wine and Tapas in New Haven to your cart; it features a selection of Italian dried meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and olives. (Please note that charcuterie and class tickets are sold separately.)
