Fundamental Rifle

Fundamental Rifle is entry level course that is designed to give students an introduction on how to operate and manipulate their rifle in a defensive manner.

This class focuses heavily on the fundamentals of weapons manipulation, body positioning, and marksmanship.


Topics Covered:

Safety
Zero theory
Mechanics weapons manipulations and movement
Body positioning
Malfunction clearing.

Cost: $100 deposit $100 due day of.

Need ammo but don't have time to get it? We'll provide you with a case of PMC X-TAC or its equivalent.

Gear list:

-An open mind with a positive mindset.
-800 rounds of rifle.
-Rifle with an aiming system (optic preferred), sling, and at least 3 magazines.
-A sturdy belt able to safely store magazines.
-IFAK & TQ is HIGHLY recommended but not required.
-Batteries
-Eye and ear protection
-Food and hydration
-Appropriate footwear and clothing for any weather condition.
-Sharpie (seriously bring a sharpie.)
-Necessary support gear to keep all equipment up and running.

NOTE: GEAR LIST MAY CHANGE AS NEEDED.

Prerequisites:

The ability to demonstrate safe and effective firearms handling.
