Yoga for healthy aging taster session

None of us are getting any younger !

Yoga can help support us into a healthier older age, with practices that focus on strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

This taster session will give you an idea of what the six week block of classes, starting in April, will be like. Classes will include elements of all those practices, along with breathwork and relaxation techniques to support health and wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome - no experience needed, and experienced practitioners are also very welcome.

You are welcome to join me for a 20 minute brisk walk along Hoylake Prom after class, unless the weather is appalling !

If you have medical conditions, please get in touch with Kate before the class so we can ensure that the class is suitable for you, and discuss how we can work safely in the class. You are welcome to discuss attending class with your healthcare professional.
