Winter Warmer yoga, Thursday mornings, Hoylake Parade, Wirral

You are warmly invited to join Kate for an hour of gentle yoga, breathwork and deep relaxation to nurture and nourish mind, body and spirit. The perfect break from Christmas Craziness ! Everyone welcome - just wear comfortable clothes, and bring your yoga mat, pillow or cushion and blanket so you're super cosy for relaxation.

The class will run on Zoom simultaneously if you'd prefer to stay at home in your PJ's.
