Join me in the "Quiet Space" where I will guide you with a sound shower of healing & rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in the healing tones of chimes, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong & drums to soothe the senses. My soundscapes can be a lovely way to relax, let go of stress & support physical & mental balance.
The session will include a guided meditation & a Reiki blessing.
Important information
Whilst sound healing can be a lovely experience for expectant mums, It is advisable to wait until after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. This event is not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy, severe mental health conditions or for children under 16 years of age.
Chairs / Yoga mats & pillows are provided but feel free to bring your own mat / recliner garden chair & a blanket.
