Sound Bath with Forestry of Sound

Its time again to immerse yourself in the healing tones of chimes, Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gong & drums to soothe the senses. My soundscapes can be a lovely way to relax, let go of stress & support physical & mental balance.

Important information
Whilst sound healing can be a lovely experience for expectant mums, It is advisable to wait until after the 1st trimester of pregnancy. This event is not suitable for those with sound induced epilepsy or for children under 16 years of age.

Chairs / Yoga mats are provided but Please bring a blanket & a pillow to support your comfort.
